Obituary for Dale "Chink" Forst
Dale "Chink" Forst, 63, loving son of Irene and the late Jerry Forst; dear brother of Jeffrey and Anita Forst, also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, many friends and his loving feline buddies, Peanuts and CoCo. Dale was an employee at UPS in Addison, IL and enjoyed all outdoor activity especially camping. He was a die hard Chicago White Sox fan and a number one fan of the Green Bay Packers. He will be truly missed. A memorial visitation will take place on Saturday, November 5th. from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Suburban Family Funeral Home 5940 W. 35th. St. (Corner of 35th.
