Chochola nee Wolak 94, beloved wife of the late Joseph Chochola and the late Frank Mazur, loving mother of Virginia (late Richard) Nelson, Roberta (Gary) Raike and the late Shirley (late Jack) Kelly, dear grandmother of Joyce (Brad) Boister, Sharon (Richard) Liska, Darlene (David) Naponiello, Debra Kelly, Carolyn Nelson, Andrew and Ashley Dennis, loving great grandmother of seven, fond sister of Peter (LaVerne) Wolak, preceded in death by four brothers, sister-in-law of Josephine Mainiero and aunt of many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Chochola was the Treasurer of the P.N.AÂ Council 55 and the Vice President of P.N.A. Group 825 as well as a member of the Polish Falcons.
